Now it’s summer with sun, barbecue parties! Here’s an idea for a beautiful, delicious, spermidine-rich present to bring to a dinner invitation!
A simple green salad is spermidine-rich anyway, but with this salad topping, which consists mainly of seeds, you can turn it into a delicious spermidine bomb!

Ingredients (1 glass of 150 ml each)
- 20 g sunflower seeds
- 20 g pumpkin seeds
- 5 g roasted and salted soybeans
- 5 g poppy
- 10 g hemp seeds
- 5 wasabi peanuts (break through / cut)
- 1 tbsp lyophilised raspberries
- 1 tbsp lyophilised blackcurrant (redcurrants)
- 1 tbsp dried barberry
Preperation
A glass (150 ml) fits very well for a large salad bowl. Of course, the mixture is not only for leaf salad, but all salads, as well as cereals, yogurt or just to munch!

Recipe suggestion
Try a cabbage salad with roasted red pepper strips and our salad topping!
Simply cut the cabbage thinly with a fine slicer and season with vinegar, oil, salt and whole pink berries („red pepper“). Cut the peppers into strips and sauté in olive oil. Then spread the warm fried strips of pepper and our salad topping on the coleslaw and serve. Just some boiled potatoes and you have a delicious very spermidine-rich lunch.
