The „Flat strudel“ was created because my two little ones (2 and 5 years) helped me cook and wanted to do everything ALONE. In addition, we all like the crispy dough on top of the puff pastry strudel best … and the „Flat strudel“ has a lot of crispy dough ;-). Gefüllt wird er natürlich mit Spermidin-reichen Zutaten. Zum Beispiel passend zum Gründonnerstag mit Spinat! Of course, it is filled with ingredients rich in spermidine!

The running motto in our garden is „from the earth to the table“. Our own herbs and vegetables are currently growing explosively so do the „weeds“.
