Spermidine-rich Berry-Crumble

If you spontaneously feel like having cake with coffee and have fresh fruit and berries available, a spermidine-rich crumble is ideal! It is made quickly and the children love ist as well as the adults. For our crumble, we went on a garden tour and collected a bowl of seasonal fruits. The crumble dough is made quickly and is very spermidine-rich with wholemeal flour and grated nuts.

„Flat strudel“ with spinach

The „Flat strudel“ was created because my two little ones (2 and 5 years) helped me cook and wanted to do everything ALONE. In addition, we all like the crispy dough on top of the puff pastry strudel best … and the „Flat strudel“ has a lot of crispy dough ;-). Gefüllt wird er natürlich mit Spermidin-reichen Zutaten. Zum Beispiel passend zum Gründonnerstag mit Spinat! Of course, it is filled with ingredients rich in spermidine!

Chickweed is cough suppressant, expectorant and has antiviral properties. You can find them everywhere in nature. We made a spermidine-rich pesto with it! Spermidine strengthens our immune system!

Weed-Ravioli with garden orache, stinging nettle and goutweed

The running motto in our garden is „from the earth to the table“. Our own herbs and vegetables are currently growing explosively so do the „weeds“. However, garden orache, stinging nettle and goutweed not only a tasty addition in the kitchen, but also rich in vitamins, trace elements and – like all young leafy vegetables – rich in spermidine. Best of all: they grow by themselves!
